The Simulator for WBPDCL, built in association with GSE Power Systems, USA, was commissioned during September 2002.
- Plant operations from Control panel and eight nos. Operator Stations
- UNIX environment
- PLC based I/O system
- Approximately 7000 Hardware I/Os.
- Instructor station with standard functions like Run/Freeze, Record/Replay, Backtrack, Snapshot, Malfunctions activation, Time scaling etc.,
