Hydro Power Plant Simulators

The simulator, developed using the COTS and in-house resources, represents in real-time the dynamics of a high head Hydro power station.

Simulator comprises

  • Operator Station displaying mimics & soft-screen panels for system operation
  • Instructor Station for simulation control, monitoring & Trainee performance evaluation

Mimics display the system condition based on Operator and Instructor actions.

Soft-screen panel with MMI enables plant equipment operations viz. Motor start/stop, Valve open/close etc.

Operator can monitor the system status on mimics, Alarm and Trend pages.
